- Odyss collaborated with the bank to evaluate the existing skill gaps within the
organization. A comprehensive and customized Hire, Train, and Deploy (HTD)
program was developed and implemented to address the identified skill gaps
and meet project-specific demands. - To facilitate the seamless delivery of the HTD program, the internal Applicant
Tracking System (ATS) and candidate assessment system were leveraged. This
integration allowed for efficient management of the hiring process. - All recruited consultants underwent a 4-week immersive upskilling program
comprising intensive training in Java Microservices and Angular, building
practical skills and expertise relevant to the bank’s projects. - Odyss implemented an analytics-enabled Learning Management System (LMS)
tool to deliver and track progress during the sessions. This ensured real-time
visibility of consultant performance, learning progress, areas for improvement,
and the support required.
Outcome
90 Consultants successfully passed and deployed to the project from 6 batches (i.e. Attrition was <10%)
The dropout rate maintained below 5%, indicating high engagement and commitment among participants
